It's a Green Bean Italiano!

Foodfest time for our family! We just got back from our Family Reunions. When our family gets together it is for sure a FOODFEST!
First stop was Aunt Betty, who is known so well for her wonderful food. Our family loves to celebrate and what better way to celebrate with ? Excellent food that is! In our younger days, we loved QUANITY of excellent food, but these days we believe EXCELLENCE in moderation.
This time, we were celebrating our Papa's 78th birthday!
Aunt Betty delivers Papa his special ordered decandent "PUBLIX" Chocolate Cake.
If your not familar with the Publix grocery stores, it's the BEST!  Their motto is Where Shopping is A Pleasure, and they sure make it a pleasure in my eyes. I keep praying they'll come to California! Oh how I miss Publix & our family in Florida, but not in that order... sorry Publix.

And as usual our Aunt Betty pulled out all the stops to make a delicious meal for all! She's so sweet, she remembered I love her Italian Green Beans that she made just for me! She said she recieved the recipe from one of her friends that owned a Family Italian restaurant when they lived in Chicago. So thankful she's so resourceful! Thanks so much Aunt Betty!

Our Pulled all the stops meal by our Aunt Betty!
Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do! But of course, it always tastes best when Aunt Betty makes it!
