Marinated Flank Steak

I have to have THE BEST Mother-in-law ! From the start, she has welcomed me into the FAMILY and willing to help with a loving heart! She has been so generous in sharing her love and support. She's given me many recipes throughout the years that have become Family Favorites.

Beef is one of our chart-buster chief constituent, I know, we aren't suppose to eat so much red meat these days... And in our house, we are behaving! Having Meatless Mondays, Fish twice a week, and when we're on a great streak sometimes it's three times a week! But sometimes, we crave BEEF !

And when we do, I pull out this best-loved Marinated Flank Steak.
When you try this recipe, it will become one of your ALL-Time Comestible First-Choice. When I serve this to guests of mine, they remark how full-flavored yet savory this tender morsel of beef. With the elements of a dry red wine, soy sauce and  the surprise kick of Coffee ! Who wouldn't want to try! I'm thankful we have wonderful cooks in our family tree that are willing to pass down what they find  to one's own heart.

Best-Loved Marinated Flank Steak

Few dashes of bottled hot pepper sauce

Score steak diagonally at 1-inch intervals on both sides. Place steak in shallow baking dish or use Tupperware Season-Serve® Container . Combine above ingredients and stir until mixture is dissolved. Pour mixture over steak Cover and refrigerate for 3- 24 hours, turning steak occasionally.
Either Broil or BBQ til your liking.

Now, for new idea on too much of a good thing, which is rare in our house when it comes to this Savory Flank Steak. My hubby is great at finding what to fix with odds and ends. It's purely a GIFT he has! He made Macho Nacho's with our superabundance! Check it out! It was mighty tasty!

Enjoy!
